FRANKIE GOES TO HOLLYGOLF
is a women golf brand created by Françoise Perrin-Provins. We are looking for a competent Executive Administrative Assistant to provide top-level assistance for high level executives. They should be well-organized and be comfortable scheduling meetings and responding to emails on the executive’s behalf. You will work on a one-to-one basis on a variety of tasks related to executive’s working life and communication.

Responsibilities

  • Responding to emails and document requests on behalf of executives
  • Responsibility involves the preparation of documents for sales and receipt
  • Contact other parties as a representative such as suppliers
  • Preparing and correspondence on the president behalf
  • Knowledge in digital media, marketing, accounting, sales management would be required

Qualifications

  • Female 25 – 35 years old
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
  • Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics
  • Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
