ลักษณะงาน ::

    • To take responsibility to draw, to pay and settle main cash and petty cash all expenses of Navanakorn Branch.
    • To take responsibility for purchasing, issue purchase requisition (PR) including voucher payment for paying to suppliers.
    • To analysis, report and record for expenses of suppliers including consuming material and office equipment in order to find method to reduce expenses.
    • To take responsibility for repairing processing office for equipment and warehouse equipment.
    • To control receiving, distributing for stationery and office equipment of Navanakorn Branch including stock book.
    • To control, monitor and report Manpower such as daily working plan, IT working, absence, leave, late including holidays.
    • To plan, monitor and check schedule of messenger and Mini-Bus for daily routine jobs including send/receive documents for each branch to be efficient in order to complete all jobs. In case of Mini-Bus rental, Purchase Request, Purchase Order and Payment Voucher to Suppliers are required accordingly company’s specification.
    • To take responsibility to record Fuel of Shell Card and LPG slips on Navision daily.
    • To control, check and record daily alcohol checking and make report daily to management.
    • To control and check both SGL staffs and subcontractor’s staffs when they stop working or going back home in order to prevent bringing company property from our premise including making report to management daily.
    • To support head office as requested such as placing bills, collecting
    • cheques of Finance department including SGLT and SGLDC group.
    • To control and monitor security company of Nava Nakorn Branch to comply with security standard and company rules.
    • To support activities of Nava Nakorn Branch such as birthday activities, lunch, new year party. 
  • Qualifications:
    • Female
    • Age 21-30 years old.
    • Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science, Laws, Business Administration or any related field.
    • Experience in administration or general affairs would be advantage.
    • Strong  leadership and service minded in the same time.
    • Strong negotiation, presentation and coordination skills.
    • Familiar with PC.
    • Good command of both written and spoken in English.
    • Able to stay at Nava Nakorn Area.
